Return
After your event, ship the outfit back using the provided return label or arrange a local drop-off.

Fill out a simple form, upload high-quality images/videos, and set your price (we'll suggest one based on retail price).
Choose Delivery
Select shipping or local pickup/drop-off for delivery.
Publish & Get Notified
Hit Publish to go live and get notified when someone books your outfit.
Prepare & Ship
Pack your outfit, drop it off, and include the return label.
Get Paid
Once the renter returns the outfit in good condition, confirm it, and receive your payment.
Rent Again
After cleaning, re-list your item for the next renter to enjoy!

Guidelines

For Renters
Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to 50% of the rental price will be collected at checkout. This amount is fully refunded once the outfit is returned in its original condition.
Fitting Adjustments: Please use fashion tape or no-sew hacks for any minor adjustments. Any permanent alterations, such as stitching, will be treated as damage.
Damages & Spills: Any visible damage or stains may result in partial or full forfeiture of your security deposit.
Platform is not responsible for shipping any delays.
Rental Period: Your rental period starts when the outfit is delivered and ends when the return label is scanned at a USPS office.
Late Returns: A late fee of $10 per day, in addition to the daily rental charges, will apply for each day beyond the rental period.
Non-Returns: If the outfit is not returned, the full replacement cost will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellations: We offer a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more prior to the start of the rental period.
For Lenders
Listing Fee: A 25% listing fee will be deducted from the total lending charges.
Cleaning Requirement: Outfits must be professionally dry cleaned prior to shipping to the renter.
Damage Liability: The platform is not responsible for any damage incurred to the outfit during the rental period. Please use the refundable deposit for repairs if needed.
